We Have Changed!

Churches Community Housing Limited has recently gone through an organisational restructure, resulting in the separation of our Peak and Housing organisation. 

 The Peak is now officially called “Churches Housing Incorporated” and the Housing Company is now called Ecclesia Housing (www.ecclesiahousing.org.au) .  The two organisations are separate entities and have two separate offices.

 The board became aware of the conflict of interest between the two organisations and that proved difficult for the Peak to increase housing for the church sector, as it also seemed as though we wanted to manage the new housing as well.  The board also realised the competitive nature of housing organisations.

 As a result of this separation, the Peak will now be able to concentrate on increasing housing for the church sector and focus on a network to support housing growth through establishing partnerships, providing support and advice as well as continuing with assistance to churches and their agencies on the registration process.
