
Richard Perkins (Chairperson)
Richard has been a member of the CCHL board since 2001. He is General Manager and Company Secretary of City West Housing Pty Limited, a developer and provider of affordable rental housing in inner Sydney. He is responsible to the City West Housing Board for all facets of operations including property procurement and development, tenancy and financial management, policy development, risk and asset management. He was previously with the ANZ Banking Group for 26 years in a number of positions covering a broad range of responsibilities culminating as district manager.

Myree Harris BA (Macq), MPS (Loyola), GradDip (Religious Studies) (ACU)
Myree is a sister of the congregation of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart (the Josephites) and has been a member of the CCHL board since 1998. She is community leader and public officer of Gethsemane Community Inc., a community house for homeless people with mental illness and President of the St Vincent de Paul NSW/ACT Advisory Committee for the Care of People with Mental Illness.

Brian Murnane
Brian has been a member of the CCHL board since 1999. He has worked for 30 years in community services in the Campbelltown district, and for the last 20 years has been Manager of Argyle Community Housing. He has successfully fulfilled the role of a community development broker building partnerships between people and a wide range of organisations in developing social capital in Claymore and Bradbury public housing estates. During the year under review he was appointed as a member of the NSW Government's Community Housing Advisory Council. He is a former President of the St Vincent de Paul Society National Council and of the Society’s Wollongong Diocesan Council. He is a former member of the Society's NSW/ACT State Council.

Otto Henfling
Otto has been a senior manager and member of the executive of Centacare Catholic Community Services Sydney since June 2005. His division is responsible for the delivery of vocational, training and support programmes to people with a disability who are of working age.
Prior to commencing with Centacare Otto enjoyed a 22 year career in the Australian Public Service in both the western suburbs of Sydney as well as 6 years in Canberra. Otto spent all of the 22 years in welfare focused departments. He has experience in direct service delivery, policy implementation and development, programme analysis and corporate areas.

Elizabeth Pryke BA DipEd (Primary Education), Grad DipEd (Special Education), Grad Dip (Educational Admin), MEd (UNE), Grad Dip (Counselling), FMAA
Elizabeth was a member of the CCHL board from 1998 to 2002 and then rejoined the board in 2004. She was CCHL chairperson in 2001-02. She is a manager with Centacare Catholic Community Services (Sydney) and has worked mainly in the areas of, employment and accommodation for people with an intellectual disability, outreach services to people who are ageing, development of a proposed retirement complex, community housing, and facility management. Her current role is as the facilities manager for Centacare. Elizabeth was a member of the Sydney Roman Catholic Archdiocesan Committee for planning activities and developing policies for the International Year of the Disabled Person in 1988.

Kathryn Bowe, R.N., Dip Nursing Adm.
Kathryn joined the CCHL Board in April 2007. She comes to the Board from her role of Community Services Consultant with UnitingCare NSW.ACT. In her role Kathy works with UnitingCare & Uniting Church congregational community services and programs including community housing to provide support in the areas of service planning and development; to facilitate networking and sharing of resources; and, to develop a relationship of support for the church’s community services to ensure continued viability and quality of services.
During a diverse career Kathy has worked in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her professional life began as a registered nurse since then her roles have included health service management in both hospital and community care, followed by a career swing into project management where she spent 10 years primarily in the areas of health service planning & development. Most recently she worked as a Service Manager in community aged care. Kathy has strong skills in service management, project management & change management.
Kathy has had experience working as a service manager & provider of community services on public housing estates and has worked extensively with disadvantaged and marginalized people from diverse social & ethnic backgrounds in both professional & voluntary capacities.
Kathy is a Board member of Lifeline Australia and a member of the Council of Social Service of New South Wales (NCOSS).

Rhonda Gregory
R Rhonda joined the CCHL board in November 2006. She currently serves on the board of Homelessness NSW/ACT as The Salvation Army’s representative and has done so since 2003. Her career in homelessness commenced in Newcastle in the early 1980’s in a Domestic Violence Refuge and then a homeless men’s hostel. In 1990 she with her family, moved from the Hunter Valley to Campbelltown, to take a position as ‘House Mother’ in a Family Group Home, caring for children who had been removed from unsafe family environments. In 1994 she undertook the development and management of a purpose built, Crisis Accommodation Service in Campbelltown, living on site for seven years. Since 2003 to the present, she serves as the Territorial Consultant, Homelessness and Social Support Programmes, for The Salvation Army Australia Eastern Territory.
The
Revd.Dr.Jonathan Inkpin
Jonathan is General Secretary of the NSW Ecumenical Council. Originally from the north-east of England, he has been engaged in many different roles, including theological education, community development and environmental mission. In recent years, he has worked for the National Council of Churches in Australia in developing the ‘Decade to Overcome Violence’ initiative, and in supporting partnerships with Indigenous Australians. Jonathan is also Secretary of the Faith & Unity Commission of the National Council of Churches in Australia and a member of the Australian National Dialogue of Christians, Muslims and Jews. A passionate follower of ‘the beautiful game’, he is married to the Anglican Rector of Woy Woy and has twin daughters, currently studying at university.

Derek Yule Dip.Min. M.Mgmt
Secretary and Chief Executive Officer
Derek has been Executive Officer of CCH since its establishment in 1996. He was appointed Company Secretary on 8 October 2004. He has a degree in counselling and theology, and a master's degree in management of not-for-profit organisations. He has worked for ten years in social work and welfare, and for ten years in community housing.
