CatholicCare Social Services - Diocese of Parramatta (CCSS) and Churches
Housing Inc are co-hosting a Community Forum on Homelessness to help promote
discussion of homelessness and to examine possible solutions.
The forum will be held at Parkroyal
Parramatta (30 Phillip Street) on Tuesday 8 November from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
As the cost of living continues to soar in Western Sydney and rents remain
high, there is an urgent need for investment in public and supported
housing. The forum will feature experts in the field as well as people who
have experienced homelessness.
Most Rev Anthony Fisher OP, Catholic Bishop of Parramatta, will host the
Forum lunch.
The Forum’s MC will be Noel Debien, producer of Sunday
Nights on ABC Radio.

Officer of Churches Housing Inc and Chair
